Held at Farm Fresh RI in Providence, this impactful evening helps raise critical funds for our neighbors experiencing homelessness across Rhode Island.
Our Education & Employment programs give our clients the tools they need to increase their earned income, which is critical to maintaining stable housing. We have developed extensive knowledge and expertise to help individuals access individualized and equitable trauma-informed adult education, job training and support services.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to:

Our CNA Training Program prepares students to pass Rhode Island's CNA exam. Students receive 7 weeks of classroom and hands-on clinical instruction by a Registered Nurse. Our Employment Specialists help program graduates find and keep their jobs – a critical step in their path towards independence.
Roads to Success prepares adults to re-enter the workforce. This program helps individuals learn how to market their skills and present themselves confidently and professionally to potential employers. Call 401-277-4369 to learn more.

The Learning Center at Crossroads offers adult basic education through daytime classes and one-on-one, personalized instruction in the following areas:
The Direct Support Program teaches students how to become a successful direct support professional. Direct support professionals assist people with disabilities accomplish their everyday living activities both in their home and in their community.
This program helps students train, find employment and maintain employment in a rewarding career.
