To address the critical need for more affordable housing, Crossroads is creating nearly 300 permanent supportive apartments for adults experiencing homelessness in our community.

There has never been a more acute need for safe, dignified and affordable housing. Lingering inflation, a critical lack of affordable apartments and rapidly escalating rents have dramatically increased the number of people experiencing homelessness in our community.

To meet the increasing need, Crossroads is embarking on our most ambitious housing development to date. Through a combination of public funding and a $15 million private philanthropy campaign called Roads to Home, we plan to help reduce homelessness in Rhode Island by creating nearly 300 permanent supportive apartments in three different buildings: 371 Pine Street, 94 Summer Street and 160 Broad Street.
