Michelle Wilcox named President of Crossroads Rhode Island

We are proud to announce that Crossroads' Board has named Michelle Wilcox, former COO, as President of Crossroads Rhode Island!

In her new capacity, Michelle will assume an expanded responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of Crossroads. She will continue to report to Crossroads' CEO Karen Santilli, who previously served as both President and CEO.

“This well-deserved promotion reflects Michelle’s 28-years of dedication to Crossroads as well as her extensive experience managing program operations,” wrote Chair John J. McConnell in a letter to staff.
